Now introducing the BIG GRIP Kettlebells by Rally Fitness! By training with a larger diameter handle it requires more hand and forearm muscle activation which in turns improves overall grip strength. Most barbells are 28-30mm (1.1") and the average kettlebell grips range from 30-38mm (1.2-1.5"). The BIG GRIP kettlebells are designed with a 45mm (1.75") handle.
